  1. Technical status: backward technology, lack of talents, poor development of new technology and new products.

Our own manufacturing mold, design, manufacturing cycle is long, low precision, high cost, especially low life. We have some experience in mold design, but we seldom use computer simulation to design pouring system, temperature field analysis, design and calculation of mold heating and cooling system, etc. The materials used in mold are less, which seriously affects the service life of mold.

  4. Raw and auxiliary materials: The production of raw and auxiliary materials is relatively dispersed. There are many kinds of professional factories, and most of the enterprises have simple design, backward calculation, shortage of testing means, incomplete varieties of raw and auxiliary materials, and poor quality. The amount of non-ferrous alloy casting is very large, including coatings, binders, release agents, refining agents, etc., especially some high-tech products can not be produced, basically still at a low level, no need to supply the main stage. The supply of raw and auxiliary materials in industrialized countries has been socialized, commercialized and commercialized.

  5. Management: Backward production management, raw material supply, production technical specifications, product inspection, after-sales service and other aspects are backward and the situation. Successful enterprises in developed countries take the initiative and strictly implement industry standards, Aki standards and enterprise standards in line with international standards during the whole process of production, so the rejection rate is very low, only 2% to 5%. However, most enterprises in China passively and leniently implement standards, and some even do not implement standards. Enterprise standard regional national standard, scrap rate as high as 30% ~ 50%.
