Cause of occurrence:
1. The surface of the mold cavity is damaged (collapsed or knocked).
2. The slope of the demolding direction is too small or inverted.
3. Unbalanced and skewed during ejection.
4. Excessive pouring temperature and mold temperature can cause adhesion of the alloy liquid.
5. The release agent is not effective.
6. Aluminum and gold have a low iron content of 0.6%.
7. The cavity is rough and not smooth, and the mold hardness is low.
Preventive measures:
1. Repair the damaged areas on the surface of the mold, correct the demolding angle, increase the hardness of the mold (HRC45 °~48 °), and improve the smoothness of the mold.
2. Adjust the top rod to balance the ejection.
3. Replace the demoulding agent with one that has a good demoulding effect.
4. Adjust the iron content of the alloy.
5. Reduce the pouring temperature and control the mold temperature to be stable and balanced.
6. Adjust the direction of the inner gate to avoid the metal liquid directly hitting the core and wall of the mold.
