So, what is the reason for the appearance of bubbles on the surface of zinc alloy die-casting parts?

  1. If there is too much release agent or mold oil and water, and the design of the mold has too small or too few air pockets, the gas produced by the release agent cannot be eliminated when high-temperature zinc alloy slurry is injected into the mold, resulting in foaming on the product.

  2. The pressure adjustment of the die-casting machine is not large enough, making it difficult to remove gas from the mold.

  3. It's because the nozzle is broken or not aligned properly.
