Everyone knows that there are many surface treatments for zinc alloy die castings, and baking paint is a commonly used process in zinc alloy die casting. This process produces products with bright colors, strong impact, and fire and moisture resistance, which are deeply loved by customers. So what is the production process of zinc alloy die-casting and baking paint technology? Below, the editor will briefly introduce it to you.
The basic method of paint baking process is to paint the surface of zinc alloy die castings, then place the die castings in a dust-free constant temperature baking room to dry, then brush the paint and dry them again. Baking paint is divided into two categories: low-temperature baking paint and high-temperature baking paint. The temperature of low-temperature baking paint is between 140 ° C and 180 ° C, while the temperature of high-temperature baking paint is between 280 ° C and 400 ° C. The selection is based on the different types of baking paint.
Paint baking requires the use of a fan and burner. After the product is painted, it is placed in the baking room. The air door is aligned with the paint baking position, and the fan and burner are turned on. The fan sucks in a small amount of fresh air, which is purified and exchanges heat with the burner. After secondary purification in the air chamber, it is sent to the paint baking position and then recycled through the air door to achieve rapid heating. The burner senses whether the temperature is turned on or off to maintain a constant temperature, When the set baking time is reached, the baking room will close and a baking product will be freshly baked.
