Reasons for surface peeling of aluminum alloy die-casting parts

  The main reason for the peeling phenomenon on the surface of aluminum alloy die-casting parts after being shot blasted and subjected to high temperature is due to the low temperature of the molten metal during production, poor fusion of different levels of molten metal, severe oxidation and slag inclusion at the front end of the molten metal, and instability during heavy processes. List the following common solutions for the surface peeling of die-casting parts:

  1. Appropriately increase the pouring temperature and die casting mold temperature;

  2. Appropriately increase the shooting force and filling speed;

  3. Control the purity of molten metal;

  4. Check the tightness of the die-casting mold and the smoothness of the operation of the injection punch;

  5. Improve filling and exhaust conditions.
