How to reduce the phenomenon of sandblasting peeling in zinc alloy die-casting

2023-12-21 hits:0 source:News

With the development of society, zinc alloy die-casting has become a mature process, but many die-casting factories often encounter the phenomenon of sandblasting peeling. Below are a few measures to reduce sandblasting peeling in zinc alloy die-casting.

  1. Before die-casting, it is necessary to strengthen inspection and reduce parts with serious defects such as water marks, pores, and pinholes on the surface of the product to ensure the compactness of the die-casting parts.

  2. The mold needs to be cleaned and maintained every time a batch of orders is completed.

  3. If the product produced by die casting has cold lines, sweeping the surface with soft nylon can reduce peeling.

  4. The selection of sand molds for sandblasting is very important. If the raw material is not too hard, using brown corundum can reduce peeling.
