  In recent years, the requirements for aluminum alloy die castings in the automotive industry have become increasingly high, especially in terms of precision, which has a significant impact on the leakage and mechanical properties of parts. Aluminum alloy die casting products are mainly used in the fields of electronics, automobiles, motors, and some communication industries. Some high-quality aluminum alloy products with high precision, performance, and toughness are also used in industries with high requirements such as large aircraft and ships, The primary use is still in some mechanical parts, how to improve precision? There are several points to consider:

  1. Appropriately increase the boost pressure during the die-casting process, shorten the boost pressure building time, and increase the thickness of the inner gate. Aluminum alloy die-casting manufacturers use this method to process die-casting parts, which can prolong the solidification time of the inner gate, adhere to the pressure transmission channel, and allow die-casting parts that have not yet fully solidified to supplement sufficient shrinkage and compaction, eliminating some of the effects of solidification shortening.

  2. Appropriately improving the filling degree of the pressure chamber, the manufacturer advocates using aluminum alloy liquid to occupy about 60-70% of the volume of the pressure chamber, which is more suitable.

  3. Properly reducing the injection rate, especially during the slow injection stage, aluminum alloy die-casting manufacturers have found that the gas in the fast slow injection rate chamber is drawn into the alloy liquid and brought into the parts. On the contrary, a lower slow injection rate makes it easier for the gas in the pressure chamber to be quickly discharged, effectively improving the fineness of the die casting.
