How to control the temperature during zinc alloy die-casting molding?

2023-12-09 hits:0 source:News

In zinc alloy die-casting technology, the formation of castings requires a certain temperature, which also determines the quality of the die-casting parts. Therefore, temperature control should also be paid attention to when carrying out zinc alloy die-casting technology.

Firstly, regarding the selection of melting temperature for zinc alloy materials, due to the liquid form of metal to be used in die casting, a certain temperature must be determined during the die casting of metal materials. The melting point of each material varies, which also determines the selection of temperature. The temperature should be determined based on the actual situation.

When die-casting metals, the injection pressure of the die-casting machine also needs to be determined based on the required pressure and injection speed of zinc alloy die-casting. Only after good trimming of zinc alloy die-casting can the molding of the casting be more perfect. The working temperature during zinc alloy die-casting should not be too high, as this will result in a dense internal structure of the casting and should not be removed from the die-casting. If it is too low, it will cause relaxation of the internal components, making it difficult to remove air and thus difficult to form.
