1 The cylinder and punch are not well matched, resulting in insufficient injection force.
2. The material head is too thin or too thin, and eventually pressurization will not work.
3. The fixed die is too thick, and the die is not set with a diverter nozzle, resulting in insufficient injection stroke, and too thick material head affects pressurization.
4. The gate position is unreasonable or the inner gate thickness is not enough.
5. The overflow trough is in the wrong position or insufficient capacity.
6. The casting structure is unreasonable and there are hot joints.
7. The wall thickness of the casting changes too much, and the feeding is not ideal.
