Die casting mold factories should do these ten things well

　　Due to long-term use of die-casting molds in high-pressure and high-temperature environments, in order to achieve good product quality and long mold life, die-casting mold factories must do the following ten things well:

　　(1) The die-casting mold material must be of the highest quality;

　　(2) The die-casting mold needs to be designed reasonably, especially the wall thickness and size of the mold should be suitable;

　　(3) Pay attention to stress annealing after rough machining;

　　(4) When using the correct heat treatment, quenching should be done quickly enough;

　　(5) Thoroughly polish and remove the EDM interference quality layer;

　　(6) The surface of the die casting mold is not highly polished;

　　(7) Minimize the use of aluminum in die castings and inject quickly;

　　(8) The temperature of the cooling water must be maintained within 40 to 50 ℃ to cool the mold;

　　(9) When the die-casting mold stops for a short period of time, it can be used to try to shape the die-casting parts and reduce the amount of cooling water used, to prevent the die-casting mold from needing to withstand short-term thermal shock when starting up;
