In the second stage, liquid metal is deposited on the surface of the shell for filling, expanding and merging around the core formed in the first stage, which is a stage of continuous flow and filling of liquid metal; In the third stage, the metal liquid is completely filled with the aluminum alloy die casting mold, the cavity, the pouring system and the press chamber are a closed fluid mechanical system, in which the die casting is equal, and the injection force continues to act on the liquid metal liquid through the center of the die casting until the metal liquid solidifies.
