　　There are two methods to clean die castings with dirt, which are dry method and wet method. The dry treatment of die-casting parts mainly relies on shot blasting, including friction cleaning and shot blasting cleaning. However, due to the low efficiency and unsatisfactory effect of friction cleaning, this treatment method is rarely used now. There are three types of wet treatment for die-casting parts, namely hydraulic sand removal, electro-hydraulic sand cleaning, and sand removal. Hydraulic sand removal is mainly suitable for surface sand cleaning and core material cleaning of large cast iron parts, while electro-hydraulic sand cleaning has effective cleaning effects on deep holes, blind holes, inner holes and other castings.

　　Cleaning die castings with dirt can not only save resources but also turn waste into valuable waste for reuse. Each die-casting manufacturer can adopt suitable cleaning methods based on their own situation. A reasonable solution can be provided for die-casting parts with dirt.
