　　1、 Decompose gases. During the production process of mold accessories, volatile gases are produced, most of which are corrosive gases and have a corrosive effect on mold accessories. Therefore, after production is completed, these gases are decomposed and promptly eliminated, and then coated with rust inhibitor for rust prevention treatment.

　　2、 Remove carbides. In die-casting production, long-term processing of machinery and equipment can produce carbides, which react with air and adhere to mold parts, causing corrosion of mold parts. Only by removing carbides can corrosion and rust be prevented. Therefore, when carbides appear in machinery and equipment, they should be cleaned in a timely manner.

　　3、 Dry the cooling water. During production, as the temperature rises, cooling water is needed for cooling treatment. However, water vapor may appear during cooling, and soaking the parts for a long time can cause them to rust. Timely wiping off the water vapor on the parts can prevent rusting.
