Structure and working principle of die-casting machine
Die casting machine is an important equipment used in die casting process. Its structure usually includes parts such as mold closing mechanism, injection mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.
The mold closing mechanism is responsible for closing and opening the mold, providing sufficient locking force to prevent metal liquid from splashing during the die-casting process. The injection mechanism is the core component of the die-casting machine, which injects molten metal into the mold cavity at high speed and pressure.
The working principle is as follows: First, install the mold on the die-casting machine and close it. Then, the metal material in the heating furnace is melted and reaches the appropriate temperature and composition. The injection mechanism rapidly presses the molten metal into the mold cavity by pushing the injection punch. Under pressure, the molten metal fills the cavity and rapidly solidifies into shape. Finally, the mold is opened and the die-casting finished product is taken out.
The working process of die-casting machines requires precise control and coordination to ensure the quality and production efficiency of die-casting products. Die casting machines of different types and specifications may have differences in structure and performance, but the basic principles are generally the same.
