  CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a highly automated multifunctional machine tool.

  From the perspective of structural composition, it includes basic components such as bed, column, spindle box, worktable, etc. Among them, the spindle inside the spindle box can rotate at high speed and is used to clamp the cutting tool for cutting processing. The workbench can move accurately in multiple directions, usually with three linear coordinate axes of X, Y, and Z. Some machining centers also have rotating coordinate axes to achieve the machining of complex parts.

  Its working principle is based on the control of computer programs. Operators use programming software to write programs for machining parts, which include information such as tool paths, cutting parameters, and feed rates. The computer converts these programs into digital signals, controls the movement of various coordinate axes of the machine tool and the rotation of the spindle, so that the tool cuts the workpiece according to the predetermined trajectory.

  During the machining process, CNC machining centers have multiple advantages. It can achieve high-precision machining because computer control can be precise to the micrometer level or even smaller, ensuring that the dimensional and positional tolerances of the parts meet the requirements. At the same time, its processing efficiency is very high. One clamping can complete multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, etc., reducing the turnover time of parts between different machine tools.

  In terms of application fields, CNC machining centers are widely used in the aerospace industry for processing complex and high-precision parts such as aircraft engine parts and wing structural components; In automobile manufacturing, it is used to process key components such as engine cylinder blocks and transmission housings; In the mold manufacturing industry, it can quickly and efficiently process complex mold cavities.
