When die-casting companies carry out die-casting manufacturing, the melting of alloys, spraying of coatings, and operation of die-casting machines can all produce harmful gases, oil pollution, noise, and other pollutants. These pollutants can cause harm to the environment and threaten the living environment of humanity. This time, we will focus on exploring how to prevent and control atmospheric pollution.
The prevention and control measures for atmospheric pollutants include the following 5 points:
1. Strengthening workshop ventilation can be achieved by using the workshop's fans for mechanical ventilation or opening ventilation windows for natural ventilation.
2. Choose flux with less harm to prevent the generation of harmful gases during the melting process.
3. Install an oil fume filter above the die-casting machine, as it generates a certain amount of die-casting waste gas during the production process. The main waste gas is the smoke and dust generated by the condensation of gaseous substances emitted by molten metal, the oil and grease generated by the volatilization of release agent, and the smoke and dust generated by oxidation, water vapor, etc.
4. Liquid spray devices or activated carbon adsorption devices can be used to treat harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide.
5. Use insulation furnaces or melting furnaces with less air pollution.
