  The heat treatment of die-casting parts refers to a metal heat treatment process in which metal materials are heated, insulated, and cooled in the solid state to change the chemical composition and structure of the material surface or interior, and obtain the required properties.

  The main purpose of this program for die-casting parts is to improve performance and strengthen corrosion resistance. There are many ways to do this, and the first one to understand is annealing. The purpose of annealing is to remove the internal stress generated during processing, make the metal structure uniform, strengthen strength, improve plasticity, etc. According to different annealing processes, we can divide it into ordinary annealing, double annealing, complete annealing, bright annealing, isothermal annealing, etc. The second is surface annealing, which is a special form of annealing. Surface annealing uses multiple heating methods to quickly reach high temperatures on the surface of a metal, and when the heat does not reach the inside of the metal, it quickly cools down, forming a hardened layer with a certain depth. However, due to the fast heating speed of surface quenching, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the metal is large, and the result of rapid cooling, cracks are easily formed.
