Four key points of aluminum alloy die casting sand blasting process
Sandblasting is one of the common surface treatment processes of aluminum alloy die casting, which has been widely used in various aluminum alloy shell castings. The following four points should be noted about the sandblasting process of aluminum alloy:
First, the surface of the aluminum alloy die-casting shell needs to be cleaned before sandblasting, the cleaning process is to remove the surface oil and dirt with sulfuric acid, and then neutralize with alkali after pickling;
Second, dry or dry aluminum alloy shell die-casting parts to check the surface, mainly to check whether clean, whether there is a watermark;
Third, the process of coarsening the surface of the aluminum alloy shell through the impact of high-speed sand flow during sandblasting. The roughness of the sand grain on the surface of the aluminum alloy shell is determined by the size of the sand grain and the size of the sandblasting pressure. Under the same pressure, the larger the value of the sand grain, the finer the surface;
Fourth, the sand blasting separation dynamic sand blasting and automatic sand blasting. Manual sandblasting efficiency is relatively slow, and sometimes the spray is uneven; Automatic sandblasting has high efficiency and uniform surface thickness.
