　　Choosing a die-casting machine is essential for zinc alloy die-casting

　　Zinc alloy die-casting is currently one of the two most widely used die-casting processes. Zinc alloy die-casting parts have the characteristics of high specific gravity, wear resistance, smooth surface, suitable for various surface treatments, and good mechanical properties at room temperature. Therefore, zinc alloy die-casting parts are widely used in industries such as automobile manufacturing, mechanical parts processing, hardware tools, toys, decorations, etc.

　　As is well known, the die-casting machine is the foundation of the die-casting process, and selecting the appropriate die-casting machine is an important step in zinc alloy die-casting. Evaluating the performance of the die-casting machine can be done through two aspects, namely mold locking force and injection force.

　　Locking force refers to the force provided by the die-casting machine to close the moving and fixed molds. During the production process, the die-casting mold will bear huge impact forces. If there is not enough locking force, the metal liquid will overflow from the closing of the moving and fixed molds of the die-casting mold, which not only wastes materials, but also easily harms people and affects the quality of zinc alloy die-casting parts.

　　The injection force is the force exerted by a die-casting machine to inject molten metal into the cavity of a die-casting mold. This is the origin of the name of the die-casting process. In order to timely fill the molten metal in place, the injection force cannot be small. However, excessive injection force can easily cause overheating of the mold and overflow of the molten metal.
