　　Precision die-casting machining starts with selecting the right materials

　　There are three elements in precision die-casting machining, namely die-casting molds, die-casting machines, and raw materials. Choosing good raw materials is an essential element in producing precision die-casting parts. The commonly used raw materials for die-casting are aluminum alloy and zinc alloy, which are divided into different subcategories based on their composition. Some materials are suitable for precision die-casting processing, some are not suitable, and some are only suitable for making special products. So, what kind of materials should we choose to produce the required products?

　　(1) Low melting point, able to quickly melt into a liquid, which is beneficial for improving production efficiency and reducing energy loss;

　　(2) Good fluidity and the ability to fully fill the narrow slots of different specifications of mold cavities are fundamental elements for precision die-casting machining and essential conditions for producing complex die-casting parts;

　　(3) Good heat dissipation performance, the heat contained in the molten metal can quickly diffuse out, the molding is fast, and the die-casting cycle is short;

　　(4) The gases or impurities contained in the metal melt can be effectively removed through treatment;

　　(5) Not prone to surface defects to ensure good surface smoothness of the die-casting parts.
