　　Before carrying out die casting production work, it is necessary to preheat the die casting mold in advance to prevent the mold from bursting. The dirt and accumulated dust in each corner of the mold should be cleaned in a timely manner to maintain the cleanliness of the die-casting mold. Maintain the fluidity of the die-casting alloy during filling and maintain thermal balance. The design of the mold should be reasonable, and high-quality raw materials should be selected to ensure the lifespan of the mold. When encountering minor damage, such as cavity collapse, cracks, or falling blocks, welding can be carried out for repair. For important components, special attention should be paid to protection, such as core pulling structures. If the mold is damaged during the production process, it should be repaired immediately, otherwise it will lead to the scrapping of the mold. Finally, after maintenance of the mold, rust prevention treatment should be applied to the formed surface, parting surface, and installation surface.
