　　These three dimensions can not only maintain die-casting molds during the production process, but also extend the service life of die-casting molds. These three dimensions are maintenance before production, maintenance during production, and maintenance after production.

　　1、 Maintenance before production

　　1. Before assembling the mold, wipe the surface of the mold. After assembly, clean all parts of the die-casting mold to ensure its cleanliness and tidiness.

　　2. Apply lubricating grease to the sliding parts of the die casting mold for lubrication.

　　2、 Maintenance during production

　　1. Regularly clean the small hole waste channel of the mold to ensure smooth flow.

　　2. Apply oil to the corresponding parts of the pressing ring, rounded corners, etc. of the drawing die to maintain lubrication.

　　3、 Post production maintenance

　　1. Clean up the waste material inside the mold.

　　2. Wipe the die casting mold to ensure cleanliness after production.
