Impressions of defects in aluminum alloy die-casting.custom plastic molding company

Aluminum alloy die-casting plants may encounter various defects during the processing of die-casting parts. The marks on the contact surface with the casting surface and the cavity surface of the die-casting model, or the appearance of staircase marks on the casting surface, are called marks, including the concavity and convexity of the top rod, the joint marks of the slider, and the marks on the push rod and insert block.

The appearance of imprints on the surface of aluminum alloy die castings is likely due to: 1. The push rod is not adjusted neatly or the end face is worn. 2. The push rod area is small. 3. The length adjustment of the top rod does not match. 4. Loose or worn moving parts. 5. The fit between the mold cavity and the slider joint and other moving parts is poor. Therefore, we need to take the following measures: 1. Adjust the push rod to the correct position in a timely manner, and appropriately increase the area or quantity of the push rod. 2. Adjust the length of the top rod to the appropriate position. 3. Fix installation blocks and other components. 4. Eliminate the concave and convex parts. 5. Polish the cavity, remove debris and oil stains.
