In the production process of aluminum alloy die-casting, aluminum alloy die-casting molds play an irreplaceable role. So, how to inspect whether aluminum alloy die-casting molds are qualified and meet production standards in the die-casting production process?
、 The ejection rod of the aluminum alloy die casting mold has no abnormal noise, and the ejection and return are normal;
、 The punch follows without any abnormalities, and the product is ejected without any abnormalities;
、 The cooling water and hydraulic oil circuits should be unobstructed and not leak;
、 Good exhaust of the mold, whether there is any splashing of the metal liquid;
、 Are all the required fixed parts of the mold moving relative to each other;
、 No cracking, deformation, or falling of product parts during mold opening;
、 Preliminary inspection results of product dimensions after mold preheating;
、 The movement of the mold during the trial process should be flexible, stable, accurate and reliable, and there should be no tilting or jamming phenomenon.
、 The sliding block should move smoothly, and after the mold is closed, the sliding block and wedge block should be pressed tightly. The contact area should not be less than three-quarters, and the limit position after mold opening should be accurate and reliable.
