  We all know that die-casting speed is an important control parameter for zinc alloy die-casting, but how many people know that the angle of injection into the molten metal also needs to be controlled. When zinc alloy die-casting is carried out, the molten metal enters the mold cavity through the inner runner at a certain angle, not directly. The angle of injection is mainly determined by two aspects: one is the vertical velocity of the molten metal under the action of gravity; One is the horizontal velocity of the metal liquid moving forward along the transverse sprue direction under the action of thrust, just like the parabola we learned in middle school.
