  The "excess fat" of die-casting parts is generated on the parting surface during the production process due to the improper closure of the moving and fixed molds. To get rid of it, you need to start with the die-casting mold. Firstly, the parallelism between the moving and fixed molds of the die-casting mold should be sufficient. Only when the die-casting part can be tightly closed can "excess fat" be avoided; Secondly, during the assembly and installation of die-casting molds, it is also necessary to maintain parallelism between the moving and fixed molds, otherwise there may be local "excess fat"; The third is that the design of die-casting molds should be reasonable. The center of the impact force generated by the metal liquid filling on the mold should be consistent with the center of the locking force generated by the die-casting machine, and insufficient locking force should be avoided to ensure that the die-casting parts have no "fat" and each one is beautiful!
